Saved me a lot of hassle

Hired a Personal Assistant through Time etc to help with travel planning. It was super easy to get set up, and they found someone who really got what I needed. Everything for my trip was booked perfectly, no issues at all. Made my life a lot simpler.

Good for admin, small improvements needed

I used Time etc for Inbox Management and Calendar Management for a month. The assistant was good at keeping up with my emails and scheduling meetings. It definitely saved me some time. The matching process was pretty smooth, but I did have to clarify a few things initially about my preferences. Overall, it's a solid service and good value for the support provided, though I think the initial setup could be a bit more streamlined for new users.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows about discounts? Are there usually any Black Friday deals for Time etc, or should I just go for the free trial now?

S Steve Patel 4 months ago
They mostly do intro offers for new clients, like free hours for the first month. Black Friday isn't really their thing, afaik.

Yeah, I signed up a while ago, and it was just the free trial. They don't typically do seasonal sales like that, it's more about the new user deals or referral credits.

Thinking of signing up, but I'm kinda worried about getting stuck with an assistant who isn't a good fit. How does that whole matching thing work?

They actually have a pretty detailed process. You tell them what you need, and they use that to pick someone. If it doesn't work out, you can usually ask for a different assistant, I think.

Yeah, I had a good experience with that. They asked a bunch of questions about my work style and tasks. My first assistant was good, but I needed someone with more specific software knowledge, and they switched me pretty quickly, no hassle.
